Drilling water is a complicated process and should only be done by professionals. If you’re in the market for a residential driller, then you have come to the right place. Is your driller certified to operate in the state in which you are drilling?
Does your driller have the most up to date equipment?
Does your driller have the man power and knowledge to overcome any problem that may be encountered?
Do your driller’s employees have strict criteria of continuing education courses, which they must complete yearly?
Does your driller have capabilites to produce water in low yield areas?

At Wayne’s Water N Wells we are able to answer “YES” to all of these questions. All of our drillers operate with a Maryland drilling license, which is one of three levels: apprentice, journeyman, or master. Those who are operating out of state work with a license granted by the state in which they are working. These are not issued to just anyone, and we take pride in our employees and all they have to overcome to achieve these titles.

Our equipment and facilities are first class, which is essential to bringing the best service to our customers. Bringing the best service to our customers also requires a great staff supporting our company. Wayne’s Water N Wells is the largest employing water well driller in the region by almost 3-to-1 over our competitors. Being larger is a huge benefit in our eyes. Our employees have such broad backgrounds; there is no problem that can’t be overcome when everyone attacks it together. Being an employee at Wayne’s Water N Wells also requires many hours of yearly continuing education. Our employees have the most current training in the industry, much of which is done in our own in-house classroom by manufacturing representatives.

Lastly, we offer a service known as hydro-fracturing. This technology is used by the oil and gas industry to enhance the production of reservoirs. This same technology can be used in the water-well industry to enhance the flow of a water-well. Very few have this technology at their disposal, but we do, and we feel it’s essential when drilling in the mountainous environments where we work.
